Spam is a big problem on the internet and we want don't want to be part of this problem. By default we block traffic from and to port 25 but we understand you want to receive e-mail or run a sending mailserver. If you want us to open port 25 please open a support ticket, we will verify that you're mailserver is not an open relay and open port 25 for you. We will keep checking that your server is secure and notify you if we find a problem. We always advise to utilize technologies like SPF, DKIM and DMARC to secure you're e-mail, please let us know if you need help with this.
