When your dedicated server is unreachable make sure you remember what you did last, did you change your firewall? If there's no known reason for your server being unreachable you can try to reboot it in our dashboard. If a reboot doesn't work or you suspect there's a hardware problem with your server please do not hesitate to contact us and we will check your server. If we request you to share senstive information to check your server (a password for example) we will share our GPG key so you can share the information safely.
